Grief Support for Widows
Death is a natural part of life, but a difficult one. Whether you are a caregiver and in the process of losing someone or already have lost someone, come talk about your challenges in a safe supportive environment with people who have experienced it and understand. Get support in moving through your pain, grief, and loss.
Gathering widows to connect and support one another in the loss, sorrow, and grief that comes with losing your spouse. Finding that you are not alone in how you feel, knowing that where you are is understood and felt by others, and that no matter where you are in the process, you are supported.
We will cover the 6 elements of grief with the intention of finding balance, grace, and a way through to peace. The 6 elements are denial, isolation, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. You do not have to have been through each stage to have valuable insight and a shift in healing or growth.
I am looking for an ongoing commitment in this group dynamic. It will be limited to 4 attendees. We will meet once a month for 6 months. Please sign up if you are committed to attending each meeting for 6 months. They will be held on the second Thursday at 7:00pm - 8:30pm.

$40 each meeting.
